Welcome to our Nursery
At White Meadows, our nursery is divided into two happy, safe, and stimulating rooms designed to meet children where they are, and help them flourish. There is Nutmeg Room for 2-year-olds and Acorn & Conker Room for 3-year-olds.
Both rooms are staffed by warm, experienced professionals committed to helping your child learn, explore, and feel secure in their early years.

Nutmeg Room (2-year-olds)
- A gentle, structured daily rhythm that helps your little one settle, from Funky Fingers (fine motor and creative skills) to Circle Time, singing, “do time,” and exploring.
- Healthy routines built in: snack time, phonics, rest/nap time, and toothbrushing set in a calm, caring environment.
- Strong adult support during play and activities to encourage speech, social skills, and independence while ensuring safety.
- Clear communication with parents: regular daily updates on eating, sleeping, play, and nappy changes.
Acorn & Conker Room (3-year-olds)
- Designed to build confidence in children turning three, preparing them for the next steps in learning.
- Play based learning continues, with enriched opportunities for exploration and discovery.
- A focus on giving children independence, helping them develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills, a bridge toward school life.

Application for age 2 Application for age 3
For the academic year 2025-2026, you can expect to hear from us by the following dates if your child has been offered a space in our class. Please also note the cut off dates of when to apply by;

Nursery Closure Dates
To stay in line with the Nursery funding for the academic year 2025-2026, the Nursery will be closed on the following dates:
- Friday 5th September
- Monday 8th September
- Tuesday 6th January
- Friday 27th March
- Wednesday 22nd July
Please be advised that this is different to the rest of the school.
